Moonstone
One that we hold close to our hearts here at Luna and the Witch, Moon Stone an absolute favourite. It is a stone of "New Beginnings".
As its name suggests it has a close affinity with the Moon and to intuition. As with the Moon this stone is reflective and reminds us that the moon Waxes and Wanes and is therefore part of its own cycle of change. Its most powerful effect is that of calming the emotions.
Moonstone makes conscience the un-conscience and promotes intuition and empathy. it encourages lucid dreaming, especially at the time of the full moon.
Moonstone has traditionally been used to enhance psychic abilities and develop clairvoyance. It can be worn as a pendant to encourage acceptance of ones gifts.
